CIR Bracket Points Race
The Cordova International Raceway Bracket Points Race sped to a conclusion on September 12 with
victors of each class decided for 2015. Winning Points race #12 in Top Et was Pat McGlynn from Eldridge, IA. After the points were tallied, taking the number one spot in the 2015 Top Eliminator Points program was Lou Rausch out of Traer, Iowa with 273 points followed by Scott Marsden from Davenport, Iowa coming in on a close runner up of 254 points.

While the winner of race #12 was Terry Heller of Morrison, Illinois, taking the championship points spot for 2015 was Jeff Weets also hailing from Morrison. Weets took home the Modified championship with 369 total points while Jeff Freeman, Sr. out of Colona, Illinois took the runner-up spot with 235 points.Claiming the win on Points Race #12 was Chris Walters from Geneseo, IL in the
Super ET class. After much battling between the top spots, the Super Et Champion crowned was Myranda Cozad from Davenport, Iowa with 315 points to a very close runner-up, Greg Dietrich, from Mt. Morris, Illinois with 266 points.

Morris, Illinois with 266 points.It was an "all in the family" type of day with dad, Mark Rosenbohm, taking the True Street class win and son, Justin Rosenbohm, etching out a close slug fest with Denny Rankin to bring home the True Street Championship for 2015. Justin, from LeClaire, Iowa, ended the season with 369 points to Rankin's 351 points.
Brennan Weets out of Clinton, Iowa took home the trophy for the win on Saturday along with the championship in Super Junior with 372 points to series runner-up Brady Wolf's 285 total points.Novice Junior saw BreeAnn Covell from Dixon, Illinois in for the win on Saturday
and also taking the Novice Junior championship with 299 points. Heidi Leander out of Cambridge, Illinois finished with a close runner-up in the series with 202 points.
